The location was excellent. It made exploring the city very easy. The rooftop pool was a nice feature. I appreciated the opportunity to relax there after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast each morning was also good. There was a wide selection of items available.

The room size was smaller than I expected. It felt a bit cramped. The noise from the square below was noticeable at night. This made it difficult to sleep at times. The gym only had limited equipment. It had one treadmill.

the staff provided helpful suggestions. a very nice breakfast was available. we enjoyed both pools and had massages in the spa. the spa staff was very nice.

The rooftop and pool close early at 7pm. This is somewhat inconvenient.

my room was not great. the sink was actually in the room, not even in the bathroom. it felt odd and lacked privacy. also, the limited dining options were disappointing since i prefer more variety.

the location was acceptable.

The room was not properly soundproofed. noise from the plaza mayor permeated the room at all hours. this made sleep difficult. The hotel also failed to address this issue .

The staff helped. they assisted with requests and questions. the hotel's location was amazing. Everything i wanted to see was a short walk away.

The rooftop pool closed at 7pm every day. It was very inconvenient. they also don't open until 11am. You can't go for a morning swim. the tv and phone in my room were broken.
